The professionals of Sia Moore Architectural International have been telling a story about timeless class and with a focus on artistic expression ever since the company was founded in 2009 by architectural professional Banu Altay. Operating as a global brand today, Sia Moore offers its ever-growing list of clients exclusive services when it comes to architectural designs and interior renovations.

The strength of the company (which has its headquarters in İstanbul, but also takes on architectural projects in other locations, including the UK) lies not only in its varied experience and expertise, but also the team’s commitment to achieving first-rate elegance, regardless of whether the project is of a residential house, a private palace, a 6-star hotel or resort, or something else entirely.

Let’s be inspired by this three-year old project of Sia Moore located in London.

Project background

Implemented in 2017, the design of this striking Chelsea flat in London (for a private client) takes on a wonderfully inviting design style that's somewhere between modern and eclectic. And with its not-too-shabby area layout (no less than 175 m²), there’s plenty of legroom to scatter some interesting furniture- and accessory pieces.

Our favourite piece here? It's much too soon to pick favourites, but for now let's just say that Moss green splashed on the walls has our attention in a most favourable way.

Space, storage, and style

Adjusting our perspective a bit we can take in the other side of this open-style living room to reveal more storage opportunities, effective accessory placement, sublime lighting layering, etc.

The kitchen

Although this flat's kitchen isn't part of the open-plan layout of the living- and dining areas, it still shows so much potential with this 3D rendering. Notice, for instance, the numerous doors, drawers, and cabinets that can help with keeping this kitchen's clutter at bay. And in terms of visual detail, we just can't get over those fabulous Mediterranean tiles adding so much character to those backsplashes.

Effectively separated

Is it an island? Nope, just a regular breakfast bar neatly attached to the wall while highlighting the start/end of the culinary zone. And would you look at the charming cubbies already helping to hide away a range of kitchen goodies and –necessities in order to present a cleaner, neater cooking space?

The main suite

It's really refreshing to see these professionals' commitment to style continuing most perfectly into the more private areas of this flat, like the main bedroom. Layered lighting and -fabrics help with adequate illumination and cosiness, while the dominant neutral colour palette makes the additional sky-blue wallpaper come alive with pizzazz.
