Never had a worse clean. They turned up with a sponge and nothing else! We then had to pay for another clean because it didn’t meet the landlord’s standards. They were very rude when we asked them to do spots in the house they missed and then refused to even contemplate a refund despite the fact we had a guarantee on the clean
I honestly couldn't recommend this company less. Avoid like the plague. They may seem cheap but there's a reason.
They charged us £260 for a move out clean with a guarantee which seems great, until they 'clean' the house and they ignore all calls and messages.
The house was left in a mess. Would of been better off cleaning it ourselves for an hour than the job they did.
We are now seeking legal advice to get our money back.
DO NOT USE SPARKLING CLEANERS! - the experience has been truly horrendous.
We paid for an end of tenancy clean in which we were guaranteed a comprehensive clean of the entire house to a professional standard - the result couldn’t have been more opposite, with sticky floors and footprints left by the cleaners, cobwebs all over the place, a terrible oven clean and the list really does go on and on.
I then called to have the house re-cleaned or the cost refunded and they have ignored all my calls and responded to a few emails saying nothing more than they will not be doing anything as they believe the clean was completed to a satisfactory standard, despite photos taken which showcase the contrary.
We rightly incurred a cleaning charge from our landlords at the end of tenancy for the somewhat comical “professional clean”.
We still have not been able to get our money back so the situation is ongoing.......
